My store has a lot of 15+ union seniority associates and most of them are grumpy as hell. I know the longer you do this job the more draining and gruesome it gets. You eventually stop caring all together but you people don't need to be miserable @$$ holes about it. Instead of quitting you keep working a meaningless job where you are bitter and miserable. The longer you work the worse you people get.
I've had to work 2-3 jobs most of my life and you people are miserable asses working one job. If you're not happy just: Quit! But, wait you're a slave to the cushy pay check and don't want to go any where so you're stuck in a rut.
If you treat your associates like garbage they'll be less apt to stay. Regardless of which store I work there's at least 1-5 of you jerks. Look... I'm going to be frank.. the only reason you @$$es haven't been fired is due to union protection. Once you've hit the 20+ year mark you're scott free for everything except sh--it that could get you instantly fired on the spot. If you people were thrown into the real world... you wouldn't survive 6 months on this attitude.

OP: Judging from your typical posts on this forum, you are ALREADY almost exactly like those "old people oldtimers/lifers" that you are complaining about. I am guessing you are only about 27 years old or 31 years old or something like that, right?
