It would be a fruitless move on their part, because any evidence gathered could never be entered into any legal proceeding. The law suits for privacy invasion would literally wipe them out of existence.

I can tell you my store has none. Last week my manager posted me off so I pissed all over the stall on the walls the seat even the tissue paper dispenser.
