How do you transfer departments?

How can you transfer departments? They say a form but I don't know where a form at or where do you see what departments is hiring. Also how do you let you manager or store manager know that you make leave the company due to schooling ( clinical and interships) but can work at kroger again sometime again in the future but you don't know when?

It depends on your value as an employee.

Good employees are forever trapped in their department since they are literally irreplaceable at Kroger wages.

Bad employees get swapped like a hot potato to avoid interrupting union naptime.

If you are educable, Kroger is not a company you should work for.
