Can theybdonthis WITHOUT MY ok? Today I was scheduled 4 hours and when I came in and looked st the daily task sheet they crossed out 1:15 and penciled in 6:15 last minute. WITHOUT ASKING. dont they need MY PERMISSION to do so?

No, they can only ask you to work over while you're on the clock. Although this doesn't apply here, they also can't ask you to stay over if it's less than two hours before the end of your shift.
