Customers don't want to go to the bank. Customer wants to withdraw money, but disagree with the fee that comes with withdrawing money from an kroger cashier station.
Next thing, the customer is saying the cashier refused to give money...Here comes department manager agreeing with customer because "Customer is always right" An reminder: Customer press "disagree" to 50 cent charge including the $3.50 charge when it's over $200.00
Another reminder: Not all cashier's till has enough money for an large amount withdrawn.
People complain about everything. Ask the customer him much it costs to actually take credit cards and debit cards, people never understand someone pays for every convenience. If anything ask the customer if they would like a job, cash back is free for associates..lol
