Kroger is not a bank. Please stop brining in wads of cash asking for smaller bills or to increase larger bills. We're not a damn bank. This is half the b.s. why kroger added a cash back fee. They got tired of handing out $20's like candy to people. It's been active since 2018/19 and people are still pissy as hell over it. Good f* get over it.
