We got a paper schedule, but if I go to My Time on the computer, there's no schedule there. It's completely blank. It's not on the calendar and it's not on My Timecard. Other people in the department don't have their schedules listed either. I'm going to be mad if I go in tomorrow morning and I can't punch in.
Don't worry they'll either over ride you at the time clock or give you a paper over ride.
If it's an ongoing issue after 3 weeks make them fix it so you're on esced so you don't need time clock over rides.
Make sure you make all punches. They can still be audited.
There is no paper correction anymore with MyTime. You log in to MyTime--->Timecard and edit your punches there. A manager will approve it usually daily. Don't try to cheat the system. It won't end well.

I talked to the time and attendance clerk and she wasn't sure what was going on. I was able to punch in, but when I checked on the computer in my department, it didn't show up on My Timecard. When I talked to the time and attendence clerk, she had me log in and it showed up on that computer. When I checked the computer in my department, the punch wasn't showing. I checked a Zebra and the punch showed up there So apparently it showed up in some places but not others. Later on there was an announcement that we could now view our schedules on the computer. So that part is fixed. They just need to fix it so My Timecard works on all the computers. When I get off, I normally punch out on the computer in the department and then immediately check my hours. Now I have to go all the way upstairs to the managers office and use one of those computers to check how many hours I've worked. My department is all the way in the opposite corner from the managers office. It literally could not be any further away without being outside.
