They move me to front end and I do not like it and super not respecting my schedule and transportation (and schooling). Who can I speak t. My Kroger is in Mississippi
Just talk to the store manager. It isn't uncommon to put people in departments that don't work out or are a good fit for them. Just inform the store manager this department isn't working out for me. Please put me some where else. Just make sure they don't place you in night crew. Unless you want it.
Be ready to be jerked around. Not uncommon for people to be placed in suck-ass areas forever, and management would literally rather fire than transfer them. Even if the transfer is in the store's better interests.
At WM for instance, the 2 worst / hardest to leave areas are cart pushing and gm truck unloading. You'll be left to rot in both. I've seen similar things happen with Kroger, i.e. CC jobs.
Are they scheduling you outside your availability? Depending on your availability it might have been a better fit on the Front End. No Department Leader is going to let a good worker be moved to the Front End, less they have no hours, availability issues or questionable worker.
They told me when I was hired for the job I couldnt work front end due to my sister work front end and I was glad because I dont feel comfortable working the register. Now they move me due to them being understaffed due to people quitting and its little to no cashier.
