Customer Complaint: Cashier refused to share phone number to strangers (customers)

I don't care. I will not share my phone number to anyone whom I feel discomfort. An idiot asked for my number because he wanted to share his 3 centimeters friend pic to me (according to his mom). I refused and he got mad and spent more money confuse on grocery shopping on the next visit.

The mom blamed me for her loss in money. Um, I don't care. You go shopped for your party of 2 with your 2 months of grocery foods.

Gosh these customers are so entitled. I wish we could be entitled to our safety.

Not real sure what your complaint is.

Your grammar is spot on, but I'm wondering if you had a mini stroke while typing it? The syntax is whack.

Correct, you do not need to share your personal number to strangers. This is confidential and you do not need to share it. I made that mistake. Hell, I won't even give my name on the phone. Got close to a couple customers. Turns out they were just using me to get their way and scam the company some. I was fine with it until someone moved closer to me and I decided to change my number after that. Then their true colors showed.

Next time tell him your name is Jenny and your number is 867-5309.

[Admin Note:] This is a joke that is based on an old song. That is why there is no need to remove it.

Its actually common practice and law that you give your number out when asked. Unless your 400 pounds or ugly.

You are not required to share your phone number with any customer. It is confidential. I did that once. You get close to people through daily interactions. Turns out one was an old fu--ck who was a pervert and the other was just scamming the company. I ended up changing my number in the end.

It is also not required to publically display your last name. It is confidential. We had to file a union grievance when the managers insisted our last name be displayed on the cashiering place where the name was placed.
