Our union contract says we get two 15 minute breaks. If you dont take them Will management with my time just assume youre being lazy and not clocking out for break?

If there is an issue with it, the store managers will get a call about it.  And they will have to correct the behavior.

15 minute breaks are paid so it should not affect MyTime totals.  MyTime knows when you are on 15 minute break and 30 min lunch.  It deducts 30 minutes from the total for lunch.

I was always told by an old timer to never skip a break or kroger will write them out of the contract.  I don't skip breaks.

I was also told by a store manager that lunch was mandatory per state laws.  People still skip lunches so they can leave 30 minutes early.

Most people I work with will wind down if they sit still for 15 to 30 minutes.  That is why they skip breaks.

The manager at my store if you work front end you can just get up and go take your 15 mins they have to come and ask you. I wish corporate came to my store  and see how management treat their employees.

The only way they can take them out of the contract is if they are not mandated by your  state's labor laws.
