I can not tell you how many times a customer has walked up to me and complained about this or that and gotten really nasty over it. Then complain harassively to a staff member. Please fu-c-ken file your complaints to the company. When you complain to the staff the complaint goes no further and most of the time will NOT be forwarded to management. Even if we forwarded it to management they generally don't give two fu--cks about it. If a complaint isn't filed in writing to corporate or the survey on your receipt it will go UNHEARD!

I do sympathize with your complaints BUT this site isn't the place to address customers. Most customers Know NOTHING about this site!!!! They don't read this and they don't care. Most readers here are other employees of Kroger (past or present).
You'd have better results posting your gripes on your local Facebook community/city/town discussion page. BUT then, you could no longer hide behind the anonymity of the "Kroger Employee Forum" and many of your customers would know who you are and how gripey you are!!!
