Just an employee

Not an health consultant

I dislike how customers will ask employees as if we're health consultant. An customer has asked about 7 employees in each different area on the sales floor about the same product and it was almost 3 hour conversation. Employees told him to seek an pharmacist, but even they had difficulty understanding what customer wanted.

I honestly do not recommend any products on kroger shelves if customers do not know what they need. There's much more budget friendly retail stores.

Then the customer be blaming each employees. None of us are doctors nor nurses.

I've dealt with that, plus the just in general expectation that we somehow know everything there is to know about our products.

Them: "HOW MUCH IS THIS?" Waving it in our faces

'WHEN'S THE BEST TIME TO TAKE THIS MEDICINE, BEFORE OR AFTER MEALS?"

Me:     'I dunno the price without scanning it, and I can't answer your medical questions, I just work here.'

Them:  'BUT YOU WORK HERE!!!!!'

We need a real pandemic, not this candy-pasny ass fake sht that came through

I 100% agree with this comment. Several people start consulting the nearest associate (generally the cashier) about medical advice. We're not trained medical professionalisms and you're only taking a gamble on your health. Please consult your health care providers when picking the "right" medications. Most we can do is tell you if we sell it or not and where it might be on the shelf. that's it!
