So Im not new to Kroger but I left on vacation and now it says that I was fired and I talked to my a manager about it and she said she got me back in. I check the app to see if I could log in but it wont work still. I have work today and the only way I can clock in and out is with the machine. I dont know how to use the machine. What #s do I punch in????
Is the machine you are talking about a Zebra? Once you get logged into the Zebra, there is an app to log in and out. There is a way on the Zebra to look up the 7 digit code to use at the time clock. The other option is to log in using the PC. Citrix-->MyTime, then "Punch" in link on the left.
