I sympathize. But, judging by your spelling of a certain word, you take after your manager.   biggrin

I have zero empathy left for my employment. I've been doing this gig for about 15 years and I lost all empathy towards this employment about year 8. It only gets worse.

In my area jrnyman pay is $24/hr some premiums frequently jump it up to $25-28/hr. It's a really dead brain easy job to do. It's difficult to trade a simple job that doesn't require much education for something else.

Only do this job if you need: income and are desperate for it, health insurance (why I'm doing it), struggle obtaining employment (due to various reasons) or struggle keeping "normal jobs". I can also not tell you how many times my disability has gotten me terminated because employees didn't want to work with me to get the job down. it's nice to have a union to back me in this. I swore if another employer terminated me for my disability I'd sue them. kroger has yet to let me down in this department. The con of this is kroger will throw disabled's in one position and let us just do that one position and it is really difficult to get out of it or move above it. The only thing that seems to get me out of it is applying for different positions at other stores. At my first two stores I was literally locked into c.c. work for ever 'n a day. Some stores needed cashiers and that's how I got to the cashier pay scale.

I was hoping some one would point that out. Not every one here is dumb after all

You're a fkin cry baby. I feel sorry for your management team and co workers.

But I would like to see you try to sue anyone over your 'disability'.

Now shut up, wipe your nose and get back to work biggrin

Again written like a pre schooler. Why would we believe you if you can barely write a sentence fragment? Have you even completed high school? Judging by your context, that would be: No! If you did you probably slipped through the cracks with barely passing.

Oh, boo-hoo you half to actually work and lift your hands.

It's basic skills like these that can get you higher up jobs. If you fail the entery level jobs what makes you think they can even consider you in the higher positions? They won't consider people who complain about doing the little duties, refuse to show up to work, struggle to show up to work or do a less than half @$$ed job when they are at work.
