Reason I asked this is because it seems like a Non Dept Head may have access to my file or have been Given access to my HR/ Availability schedule because of what happened yesterday with Co Mgr regarding the Availability changes I put in 2 weeks ago...mind you, I'm still a 2nd shift lackey after 5 years...
Department heads and backups have access to make schedules. Maybe one of them spoke to another employee to make sure they would be able to cover the hours you are no longer able to work?
