Past 2 weeks Kroger Pharmacy Drive through has been closed. I was wondering why today I went to the Doctor and tested positive for COVID-19. I was told to get some Vitamin C and D and other general things to take. So, I pull up to Kroger drive thru and see a sign saying the speaker is broke to please come inside. 2 weeks they cannot get this fixed they do not know how urgent the drive thru is with people being sick and not being able to go in. Kroger just does not care pharmacy employees are nice there is why I have not changed. I do not want to complain to corporate because you know sh it rolls downhill. Don't want to get them into trouble.
As a former Kroger employee, you understand the lack of maintenance, poor treatment of employees, and the wage shortage better than most.
Fixing things affects bonuses. Why would a store fix anything that isn't a matter of customer safety?
You should at least complain about the broken speaker. As often as you can. It won't be fixed until the next fiscal quarter, and not unless a metric is blown.

If staffing is short and they have no one to fill the pharmacy center there is nothing they can do about it. Cdc only gives us 5 days off I've been positive with covid for the past 8 days at work and no one seem stop give a sh-it. You don't start testing negative until about day 14.

I hope people remember messages like yours next time 'the government' starts trying to mind f u c k us with bulls h it scare stories like that fukin fake-a s splandemic. Please contact the real customer service number. This is a thread created by kroger employees. You have no jurisdiction here and your complaint will go no further than this thread. Sorry if you don't like the truth! Your yelling is no different than you chewing off an associates ear verbally at the store level. Only to have your complaint go no further than that. In addition to giving someone a bad memory and then they think you're an aff hole because of it.
Please contact the real kroger customer service hotline. If one customer complains they generally don't care. However, if you can get a massive amt of complaints from your local shoppers they'll be more apt to do something about it. other wise sorry you'll have to continue to deal with it.
If stores are short staffed they can legally do this. Unless you can find a state law that requires them to have it open then sorry you'll have to deal with it. 2 weeks? Have you thought about the fact the only person that can run the drive through is on vacation dick? If they only have 2 associates that want to work it they generally have them managing the windows inside.
