Quick question?

Can a supervisor move you to another department even if you have a sibling working in that department?
Example: Front end

As long as one of you isn't in a position of power then they can move you there. If one of you is acting as a supervisor then there might be a reason to keep one away since there can be a presumption of preference. (meaning that the supervisor would let them get away with more than they would someone else not related to them)

The policy says something about conflict of interest tho. Also that supervisor was front end whos trying to move me and my manager is a store leader and he has more leadership than her. Should I speak to my manage/ store leader about this? I dont want to move due to enjoying grocery.

Yes. So long as not one of you is in charge of the other. If one gets promoted to lead then the other will have to move. This is to prevent favoritism. A fill in fes wasn't like the best at the position. She had her father in the front end and began to display favoritism so they had two choices move departments or step down.

Yes.  Or no.  Possibly, maybe?  I'm so retarded I still work here.

But at least I don't dishonorably pretend to.

Contracts are secret because it would be inconvenient for everyone if anyone knew or pretended to have rights.

Post a link to your local contract and then we'll figure it out.

I FORMALLY CHALLENGE YOU.
