It has gone all quiet about the Kroger-Albertsons merger deal.   I guess a lot of executives and shareholders of both companies lost a lot of money when the $4 billion special dividend from Albertsons was blocked until the regulatory agencies reviews the details.   If it is approved and finalized, I wish Albertsons workers good luck and welcome to the sh*t hole aka Kroger.   It has become a problem some Kroger associates are not getting paid on time or in full due to issues with the substandard MyTime garbage app.   Kroger understaffs its stores making it harder to get things done or even take care of customers but Kroger management does not want to hear negatives or dissent.   Kroger can't take care of its own stores so it is problematic for Albertson stores.
