How management get mad at us hard workers over simple thing by a yet the ones that dont work they turn a blind eye on.

Then when the department is failing they still blame us hard workers and run us off then complain how We need ppl. 

 

TREAT PPL WITH RESPECT AND HELP OUT AND YOU WONT HAVE THIS PROBLEM! ALSO LET NOT FORGET ABOUT THE PAY!

 Pay is fine. Kroger pays too much honestly for easy work like that.

Before this topic goes the way of the d@mn troll, it's all about favoritism. We have that at my work as well. We've had people steal and it was overlooked. Whilst another person was late a few times and they got fired. Some even did the same "crime" and one guy was kept, whilst the other guy got fired.
