It's not right. The taxes are correct but the gross amount is wrong. If I take what I earned up to the point before we switched over to the new payroll system and add it to what I earned from that point on until the end of the I get a figure that's higher than what they show. I'm showing a week's extra pay.
So... no one knows, no one cares, no one's saying anything about it? How our W-2's are wrong? And how to find out what our actually income is? Because if mine was correct, it would mean I worked full time and I don't work full time. So there's no way I earned what my W-2 says!
I had two of my vacations that I had taken earlier in the year just disappear from the record. The taxes were collected but they don't show up on my gross income. There's been nothing posted at work about what to do if your W2 is wrong. I guess everyone is assuming the one they got is right. Knowing Kroger, if you say anything, they're likely to screw it up even more.
Is the myinfo site not working for anyone else? Hoping it's not just me, and maybe they're working on fixing the whole system so the W2s are accurate. I'm only just now trying to download mine and can't get into the website to access the link.
^ Cont'd from above post: I've noticed that on my pay stubs before this website issue that the year-to-date income amount is nowhere near what I actually make in a year, so I wouldn't be surprised if my W2 was screwy too.

IRS website says (among other things) that you should request a corrected W2. If you don't have one by the end of February you should request an IRS representative to initiate a Form W2 complaint.
Good luck documenting anything with kroger. It is sneaky and secretive like most criminal organizations. They are testing your willingness to go along with a violation of Federal law. Not a good idea, unless you want to be a manager real bad. Be strong. We pay taxes so the government will be there to kick kroger's lousy ass for us.

Me again. Turns out my EUID was somehow terminated and I no longer exist in the system aside from being able to use the clock. Our payroll person was able to look me up in her system the day after my last post, but of course nowhere else without the EUID. I got my direct deposit check last week just before my last posts, but nothing appeared in my account this week, so I'll have to check back with payroll to see if I'm still in that system. Management told me they're "working on it." I'll be sure to ask to get my W2 another way when I get back from my weekend (IRS is also telling half the country to wait to do taxes anyway because of the extra relief checks we got last year). I can survive a few weeks without a paycheck so I'm trying to be patient (and there is always the payout system, where they give you your money now and then you pay them back when your normal paycheck situation is figured out), but my main concern is how this might affect my 401K and HSA. I'm just really hoping it's data they can retrieve and put back on track, and nothing has to be started over, with the headaches of transferring balances, etc.
Talking to people at work, it sounds like I'm not the only one this has happened to since the switch over the new system. I'm not the type to sue, so hopefully it doesn't come to anything like a lawsuit.
