Please stop assuming a digital copy of your id such as a photo of your id on your phone is a valid id for liquor purchases. It is not considered a valid id at all! Pd don't even accept it as a valid license for driving. Please stop being di--cks about it! Rules are rules!
If you forget your lisence for liquor sales it's not our fault and it DOES NOT give you the right to be a complete total di--ck about it. No id no sale. Period!

Digital ID is fine. its a photo of the ID. We customers have all the rights. Your threats are invalid and null also weak. You have no power to do anything. Youre just a front end lower life form peasant. Ill take my liquor and an apology that the manager tells you to say.
No id = no sale regardless of how old you are. Kroger won't let us bypass it any more. Stop acting like you're oblivious to this rule regulars. This started in Aug 2022 when it became a half to not an option. I'm frankly glad because cashiers were getting a little too sloppy in just over riding people.

It's illegal here in Georgia. I am in the Local 1996 area and customers try and pull this crap all the time. We don't accept digital at the fuel center either for tobacco purchases.
Phone screenshots never meant anything, fake ID apps are a thing, my state has a "stop and id" policy, and it's actually a crime to drive without id in my state.
If they won't at least print out a fake temporary id on copy paper that is indistinguishable from a real temporary id printed on copy paper, I can't be bothered.
