Customer asks, "Do you have any tiramisu?"
I say, "Yes, we do. Do you want a big one or a small one?"
Customer says, "It doesn't matter."
I go into the freezer and grab one of the big ones, because it happened to be on top, and bring it out to the customer.
Customer says, "Didn't you have any small ones?"
