This ten minute daily training is b.s. It is a waist of time and effort. Most of my store has given up doing it. This only came into existence because of contracts that say we'll give our associates additional 10 minutes of training a day. These proems are already covering information I already knew and most people can figure it out on the job.
Its a load of BS. Those of us in the Fuel Center are so busy we don't have the TIME to do this crap. When I click on I get this liberal clap trap - one night after 15 min I shut the damm computer off!!

MAKE THE TIME! And clap trap has nothing to do with your job peasant.
Sometimes the b.s. fades away and is never heard of again. Still uselessly in place. Crazy make-work to keep you frantically busy and off balance. Also logs evidence of training, which could come in very handy when someone is hurt or killed.

They are not allowed to whip you with a stick.
Logging in and doing those training modules is the same thing as signing your name to something. I never sign anything Kroger gives me and I told the HR manager that I'm not doing those training modules. All they do is give Kroger ammunition against you. The only thing you legally have to sign is your time sheet, and we don't even have those anymore.
