She'll be fine. She can come back the next day and cash in/purchase her tickets. Her fussing means nothing.
I thought the u.s. gov state dictated what time your state shuts down the machine? The one behind service center generally gets shut down about 9 or 10 remotely but the customer kiosk runs constantly.
