How come Kroger does not offer Back Braces to employees while they are at work? Doesn't management realize that employee safety and well-being should be PARAMOUNT and a PRIORITY?? The Rankin file is Kroger's most important asset and should be treated as such. If the employees belong to a union, then why isn't the Union Stewart looking out for its members? Is the union just taking money and sleeping with management like Congress is sleeping with Big Pharma!! Back Braces are not that expensive and prevent a lot of heart ache for both employee and management. I feel that management should work with employees to provide a safe environment for both the Rankin File and customers.
