A worker has failed a mystershop twice at a kroger and now manger is about to give the worker the C.A write up and suspended the worker two days.  However the manger didn't write the worker up on a S.I.R they skip to the C.A? is this legal?  who can i report them to? human resources?  the worker has asked to be removed from self checkout but they wont remove the worker
