Kroger need to ban instacart. Im sorry but most of these folks dont even look for their order on their own. They constantly ask where this or that at and says they dont see it but when you look for it its right there! Dont get me started on the ones that just dont blankLu look at all.

Theyll take anyone with a warm body. Similar to Kroger actually.
When I worked the front end, the Instacart shoppers were the worst. They would be at the cashier stand with 3-4 different orders, holding up the customers behind them waiting to check out. There should be a limit of one order per transaction.
They won't do that. As long as Instacarters separate their orders and let the cashier know, it should be no problem. It's no different than a regular customer coming up with a basket so full, that items fall out if you even look at it, and they only have onenor two bags and do not want any other bags to place their stuff in.
Not as bad as the person with the overflowing cart that has only $20.00 or want to know the price of each and every item in their cart.
Some Instacart shoppers are rude. They ain't ****. But of course, there are some that are nice. Honestly, the "Online Pay" orders are the worst because some won't say that it's online until scanning 10 or so items in.
The current batch swinging through my store aren't bad folk.
However:
Most instacarters are rude aff holes and belittle and demean employees like they're literally servants. This has been an attitude issue for years with zero to no respect from these people.
Please treat grocery workers like human beings not computers.
Instacarters are responsible for a lot. Not the cashier. If we muck up an order it's all on you because you failed to sort it before getting to the register.
Please friggen sort the orders before coming to the register. I can't tell you how many fu--ckers fail to sort it and take for ever handing one item at a time to the cashier.
If your card is declined: It's not the cashier's fault.
If you refuse to show id for age restricted items we can refuse sale. If you argue with us over it we can refuse sale.
Yeah we don't get a choice in that... Instacart says take this triple order or take nothing at all. I agree though, Instacart will take anyone and I shake my head when I see some of the other people doing it.
You'll see even less good shoppers now with this recent pay drop. Only crackheads that can't do math remain.

I've seen kids helping their parents shopping by asking Associates where everything is. High school students are working, too. The high schools be working out-using their relative's ID to scan for liquor,wine...Or they call them when waiting in line. Kroger has not figured out to solve this hole in the system.
