Well, I may have pissed off a customer but oh well.

I was filling a pick-list order when apparently my co-,worker ate a donut on the sales floor *sarcastic gasp: the nerve of him! *sarcastic eye roll * by a customer, but my co-worker was on his break. The customer turns to me and asks "did you see that?" I shake my head no. I could care less actually. Customer shakes his head and said unbelievable. "Nobody sees a d@mn thing." He mutters.

I go back to picking my order. I have more important things to do than worry if a co-worker ate a donut on the floor. I could care less actually.

I can understand that you weren't worried about it and were just trying to get the job done. But why didn't you just tell the customer that your co-worker was on break since you knew he was? Unless the customer being a dick about it.

Depends on when and if he paid for it.

If he paid for it first, may the blessing of Allah be upon him.

If he did not, may the curses of Rodney be upon him.

Seriously, though, committing fireable offenses under the view of customers, coworkers, LP, management, and maybe even the cameras is just sloppy.

Minimum wage plus a dime is a lot of money.

It's not like he'd make several dollars more with regular scheduling flipping burgers or at Walmart or something.
