Regarding denied FMLA leave of absence

I filed for a FMLA about 3 days ago. I got a call today stating that I was denied and they referred me to kroger KASH program for options of personal leave or Unpaid medical leave of absence. I have a doctor's note I turned into my manager for a leave of 6 months.

 

How do these two work? I'd like to know the differences and how long can I stay out with the two different option in the KASH program. Thank you.

I've had the same issue.  Twice.  You just have to know the number.

Call up your union rep and tell them you are trying to get into program FLMA-6942-0247 but the store won't let you.
