Have you done the every customer every time video conference? They tried it once before where they want you to be extra friendly to the customers and inquire about your purchases. I don't call that being friendly. I call that being nosy. The customers didn't like it either. Also, I do not need to know the checker's and the bagger's name when I check out. That's why I use u-scan. Kroger thinks if we're extra friendly, the customers won't notice the empty shelves and understaffed departments. It doesn't work.
