I'm a new hire I started working In the first week of June Its July 1 I worked for 3 weeks and still didn't receive a pay check I called Kroger HR They just told me they mail the checks that's it They said they mailed the checks June 22nd and I still haven't got them what should I do next
Who tf uses or sends paper checks any more---NObody, that's who. Something fkin weird goin on here. it's all handled direct deposit or on a company debit card these days.. you're getting screwed. Threaten a lawyer and watch how fast s h i t change
Ask at customer service desk if they have your paper check.
If you are in the process of setting up direct deposit, you will be getting paper checks until the direct deposit if finalized.
A coworker switched her direct deposit bank and is getting paper checks until if it finalized. She was told that she "should be getting paper check in the mail for last week by this Monday. If not, then check at service desk."
New hires get paper checks until direct deposit kicks in. If set up correctly should change over in 2-3 pay cycles. I highly suggest direct deposit. I've had more than one check stolen, loss or thieved by a room mate. Please use direct deposit.
