Tired of dealing with Taylors crappy attitude all the time. She is so rude and treats employees like theyre worthless and talks to us like we are stupid. I know of several people including myself feel like we are constantly being harassed and several people are thinking of looking for different jobs BECAUSE of her. She makes the work environment hostile, and depressing.
And if she's a manager you'll never get rid of her. Minority or not, those c u n t buckets stay forever. Best you can do is document / get witness signatures and times & dates. Even then it's not uncommon for higher-ups to ignore anything you bring.
We had one like that at Walmart. Cystal Kay. I called her Crystal K u n t. She held a reign of hateful bullsh!t over our store for years----until a coupla yrs ago, when her alcoholism caught up with her and made her so sloppy senior mgmt couldn't cover for her any more and she finally got the boot
Yeah shes like a district manager or something idk her exact title. Shes been like on a power trip or something here lately, just finding anything & everything to bit** about but she literally just sits upstairs in her office bossing people around and only comes down when she needs to or when she feels like harassing people for no reason. Like why cant things go back to the way they use to be. Customers complain that the employees are like robots but its seriously all managements fault. Its hard keeping people there I get that and everyone gets frustrated, but we are not treated like human beings. We are just an inconvenience to management and no real issues ever get resolved, its always the blame game. Also off topic, I get we are suppose to wear plain shirts, but she makes us wear all black shirts and it may not seem like a big deal, I just wish we could wear what we want thats work appropriate, like we use to, but because Taylor wants to have as much control over every little thing possible, while she sits on her a$$ and does nothing, I think she should have to wear plain back shirts as well as all the other managers who dont have to wear only a plain black shirt. Its not fair.

I mean associates are in fact stupid. If they werent, they would have found a much better place to work then stay at that dead end career. Seems like associates like the abuse
You want rude? Try Lindy. Talks down to you, shares personal medical information to others. Numerous complaints to Ethics point and all they do is shuffle her from store to store.
Kroger employment is nightmarish. Management, doubly so or worse.

The ideal AFEM is a regular person in their late teens or early 20's with a boyfriend/roommate(s) who can put up with the random scheduling and industry-low pay.
In my state, a full time AFEM position qualifies for EBT, WIC, and Section 8. But not union representation. God bless America.
The ideal FEM is a realistic Boomer who understands how difficult it is to pay a human in peanuts and delegates hours to them. While his wife supports him for for whatever reason. We don't get many of those.
