You were probably just convenient to her. People service staff are less than dogs to a lot of these ass hats, and they really think we're there for their abuse.
How best to handle it? Walk away without a word. If they follow you, hand up, loud voice, tell them to stop following and yelling at you, and to take their problem to customer service, and to ask for a manager.
You've got a store full of witnesses and cameras every where to back you up. Just be sure to be seen doing the right thing. Everything every where now is about covering yourself.

It seems certain privileges are immune to being coach. And those privileges comes in 2 colors.
