If you're earning less than enough hrs for insurance you have too high restrictions. u.s. gove passed some laws forbidding them to do what employers were doing during oboma care and offering 29.5 hr work weeks. This is illegal. If you're getting this I advise you to report this to your union assap!

Union cant do anything. They are allowed to cut hours and they can also give you the minimum hours per week which at some places its just 12 people who stay with out authorization are in fact stealing time.

Yes cause stocking at a snails pace is productive work. Being on your phone playing fornite, texting, watching TikTok is work. Taking four 25 minute bathroom breaks is work. associates taking their 15 minute break and turning into a 30 minute break is work. Associates who just stand around and face the same section 3 times picking their butt is work. Taking 25 minutes to collect 5 carts and smoke 3 cigarettes is work. Thats what 80% of the work force does at Kroger. Associates just stealing time.
