Social ladder maltreatment

Apparently, I am treated badly because I came from humble background while other employee has an educated parent and higher social ladder status. Is this normal from kroger?

1: How do they know about your "humble" background? Keep your personal life and your work life separate as much as possible. 2: Does how they are treating you affect your ability to do your job or have any effect on you getting requested days off? This is assuming the other employee doesn't have seniority over you. 3: Stop being such a baby. Unless they are stealing from you, damaging your property, physically hurting you, spreading lies about you, or verbally assaulting you, you really have no reason to complain. You only mention the other employee being treated better. By whom? Is it just one person? Your department? Management? Everybody?

Stop being an kroger relative. Treating badly also covers spreading lies and damaging property. Employees also means management and boss.
