Good lord how did this guy even get promoted? At what point does the company draw the line to decide between human compassion or allowing the business to flow properly? 

Yes they've written him up a few times. He calls out management has literally given up doing anything about it. Staff is getting tired of this and they won't say anything because they know they can't.
