My pickup lead is dating a girl in the same department
We have three leads. Two who have been leads for over 10 years and the girl who transferred from another store has been here for almost a year. However since last year her and this other associate ( we gne name her Anna) Anna have been flirting at first then almost a month of the new pick up lead being there they started dating. The higher up leads are fed up and management ( two) pick the new pick up led over those who are much more responsible and respected.
If one of them is off the other other come ins and disturb them while theyre doing a trolly. Theyll follow them the whole time and the order will get even more behind or late.

Should I get union involved or HR?
I honestly wouldn't get involved. It will catch up to them down the line. When you do a pick, your name is tied into that pick even though it may not show on the receipt. All they have to do is look up the order number and who did it, and the system will call them out on it.
As for dating, I dont think they can be forced to switch dept provided one doesn't supervise the other.
It's your call, but this sounds like one big mess that will cave in on itself eventually
File an ethics report declaring the issue. I think this falls under ethics and sexual harassment. One can not be in charge of the other. This sounds like a favoritism issue.

If it's not affecting you or your work personally, then keep to yourself. They'll get ca5epmkught on their own or someone will snitch them out.
I've seen things at my store too and guess what...I kept my nose out of their business and let someone else deal with it.
