Have you looked at your payslip this week? It's changed. I worked 30 minutes over one day and only got paid straight time for it. The contract says 15 minutes over will be paid at straight time. Thirty minutes over and beyond is overtime. The 30 minutes I worked over was on one day. Besides, I work 40 hours a week. According to Kentucky labor law, work over 40 hours a week is considered overtime. It doesn't matter if it's just 15 minutes over one day. It's still overtime.
