Dear corporate if you're going to cut hrs do it right and still give enough hrs for employees to do their job duties. If you're going to reduce hrs on load day from 8 to 6 then you get unfinished work and customers complain where product is. You should reduce hrs on back stock days not load days! We're only going to work as much as you're willing to pay us no more no less. You gotta give us enough hrs to make your business function correctly. This has led to a lot of product going bad and reaching expiration date before we can get it to the shelf. I'm just laughing because they've reduced our department's hrs so much that management is having to pick up the slack.
I'll rejoice with joy the day cashiers are replaced with sco terminals because of a decade of verbal abuse from the general public. Just glad I finally got out of the front end.
