I'm sorry but you don't make friends this way. She totally trashed the department i was once up on a time proud of maintaining. Management screwed us over by brining in someone new instead of the hard working people that were holding it together. The gal had no f'n clue how to run a department and it honestly looks like sh--it now. Many staff that use to be proud to work it have asked to move on and the department runs on staff of fumes. Mostly utility clerks that need hrs. This would be another wonderful scenario of screwing over your peons that make the company run. This b.s. is why kroger you can't keep people long term. They don't see careers out of it.
