Kroger you abuse your staff to the limits you can and exhausting them due to the fact you refuse to pay livable wages. Thus making it difficult to obtain long term workers. Then you abuse your long term staff with bs like 10 day work weeks. I am adjusting my availability. I am going back to requesting every 5 or 6 day off so this bs doesn't happen. You exhaust your staff then people start calling out because of it. I use to have high attendance until you did this bs.
Robots do sound like a great idea. They already have them in warehouses pulled orders for the stores. They do a much better job too. The time for the associate is coming to an end. Kroger can save thousands using robots.
