Those who were part of the Janitor Class from June 4, 2010 - July 8 2026 or Paycheck/Paystub Class from June 4 2013 - July 8 2016 may recall this Class Action settlement notice.  Related to Sanchez, et al. v. Ralphs Grocery Company, et al. San Bernadino Superior Court Case No. CLVDS 1407871 and Joel E. Gil v. Food 4 Less of California, Inc. Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-2015-00782686-CU-OE-CXC.

The deal was, give up your rights and get an (approximate) settlement amount of $8.35.

Did not seem like much. Mostly a matter of denying us breaks. After all of the brazen and nefarious stuff we had been though it was nice to know that at least someone could do something. The corporate had caused themselves enough trouble by then that they had to come up with new procedures for keeping things covered up.
