Management and family relations
One of my managers is related to one of the pick up leads (theyre cousins) and they let her get away with anything from ( earbuds to complaints from customers to employees; doesnt matter is its small or big like harassment or Physical).
Im thinking to go above management in this store and go through HR. This same lead has numerous complaints from employees and management treat her like a Management.
What I want to know is how did people find out they were cousins? Do they have the same last name or was one of them unable to keep their mouth shut? Either way, one family member cannot have a supervisory position over another one. One of them will have to transfer to another store. That's what happened to a woman in my store. Her husband was a manager at another Kroger and got transfered to to our store. She had to leave and go to another store. She got to choose where she went to though.

Op updated their post saying the lead spoke to the other lead in thats department and it spread like wildfire. Anyone know what steps to take or how should OP do.
