I've never had my hrs down so low this time of year. Hrs have been reduced so low we can't do our full job duties and the manager/lead is bi--tching about how we're not working when we are and it's the reduction of hrs not letting us get things done. Fryi if you reduce our hrs again because we're not getting work done: it's retaliation and I'm filing a grievance.
