Yesterday I received a Notice of Seperation and before that I was suspended on counts of misconduct. 

 

Now that I have been terminated and I am part of the Union, is there a chance I get my job back?

Why were you suspended?  Theft or sexual harassment will get you terminated.

Did you already file a grievance?  You should have filed one right away.

But what did you do to get misconduct suspended and terminated? You don't have to go into details, but you asked if it were possible to get your job back? We won't be able to offer any advice if you dont tell us (minus details) of what you did.

 Also if he's special needs. They get away with another more than normal people. We had one guy who was special needs who thought "boobies" were funny. He never touched anyone, but he would stare ar bigger chested women and giggle. 

If co-workers confronted him on it, then THEY were "wrong" and we're told to explain why it was wrong to do that. 

Once a co-worker whom he was staring at lost her temper and basically said if he didn't quit staring, she'd knock the "mental disability" out of him and knock in some sense. She blantenly said "I don't want that 'tard looking st me like that." Yes...of course she got in trouble.

9 days ago. The grievance period ended on this but you should of gone to the union. They can fight for your job and clerical error the issue. I known people fired for medical leave requests and the union got them their jobs back.

we have a bagger that is now in his mid thirties and the brain mentality of a jr high kid. He's known to creep on anything female and remotely nice to him. He has been known to stalk and even sent wanker pix to a gay male coworker...He still has a job SMH...

 I had one of those looking at my breasts while i was paying for my groceries. I whispered in his ear do you like what you see?as he was bagging my items he smiled and I saw his pants below his waist extend. I told the cashier I needed help taking this to my car. I have a 2023 Tahoe so when he was done loading my groceries in the truck I asked him to come inside for a minute. Asked him would you like a tip? He said yes while staring at my chest. I took him in the e back laid the seats down and cowgirl rode that little tards brains out.
