I've yet to have one stay longer than 5 years. You people whining about the union it is there to protect you. I've worked non union grocery jobs before and it's hell.
Transferring reliable thugs, or nutzoid troublemakers who keep their mouths shut is really common. Sometimes an evil organization is in need of constant change. Combine with secrecy and you can break the law at will.
