Do any know the proper figure report the front endmanger and store mgmt. They have putting workers in compromising situations since they Re open in Nov 3 2023.  The internal turn over for workers is horrendous.  I cant report them to dixie Lyman as shes friend with mgmt.  President? Or district mgmt?

So there is a Kroger 582 in Chicago, Kroger 582 in Little Rock, AR, a Kroger 582 in Clarksville TN, KR 582 in Waukegan IL, and KR 582 in North Richland Hills TX.   It's a big company that's why they ask what division you are, when you call the corporate office or helpdesk, or H.R. etc. Lots of 582's out there. 

 

So if you need someone above your store manager, their is a district manager.. should be about 20 or so stores in your district that the store manager reports to.  There is also a front-end coordinator in the district office too, if its just a front-end checkstand matter.  You can go on the feed site and their should be a division roster that shows what district your store falls under, district 1, district 2, etc. (just like hunger games. lol) and then a list of who that district manager is, and their email and phone number info. 

If its a personnell issue- I always find the best way to not be perceived as a complainer, is to suggest how you think things could be better, what would you change that would be an improvement.  for instance if the manager is a total goober, what makes them a goober - are they unapproachable, too defensive.. they dont pitch in and help, just yell.  Then you say - hey district manager, the team seems to have low moral, and high turnover.  I think it would really help if we had a management team that would pitch in more to help when we are busy, and lead by example.  Often they are not very approachable, and I notice their negativity rubs off on the crew.  I'd like to help make improvements.   - If you make suggests on what needs to change, to make things better.. instead of just complaining about what is wrong.. the more people listen.. and the more likely they are to want to help.
