Some of these employees talk a big game then when push comes to shove they just wimp out. Bunch of sorry sap suckers who belong in the gutter. On a rare occasion Ive seen a few female workers blast a customer and it was great and try way deserved it. But mostly the males who are weak wimpy and very gayest
Protecting the company reputation is very important to the dark forces that run it. Customer a$$ must always be kissed, unless a "manager" decides otherwise. Serious punishment can result from any threat to the reputation of the company competing to be the worst in the world.
