I've been paying attention to the shoes people wear for the past month; and most people don't even wear slip resist shoes and definitely do not wear shoes for crews shoes! Our hr rep was wearing smogs yesterday. yes those wonderful toe shoes. She is the lady haranguing me about slip resist shoes and she has the balls to hara--ss me about this. Not even the manager was wearing shoes for crews shoes.
Management when you micromanage you have to do ALL or NONE! I am pissed I did not have to get a dr note for my damn shoes.
As a warning I will not hesitate to file a grievance if you pull this again!
