Anyone else on a sinking store?

My store had a shake up and multiple people requiring on slipping through the cracks to survive are no longer with the company. We've lost about 6 people since we got a new manager about 8 months ago(Nov 23). Troubled employees are gone. Those requiring slipping through management turn over are gone. Those that require going unnoticed are gone. Those with any sort of if, and or but and multiple violations are gone. Those unable to survive in "real" jobs are gone....

I know people kroger is not the "best" employer but this is a job and it needs to be taken seriously. Just as seriously as any other company. I am finding a lot of people are not grocery material. Kroger could get staff if they were not so strict about who they wanted employed. My store is now a sinking ship and the new My time schedule has reduced employee hours another 20% if not more. It will only be a matter of time before customers start complaining. God i was happy when I gave up temping work as my second pt job. Well.. Kroger if you don't want to pay us livable wages I'll have to give my old temping company a call again.
